Mühlbach is one of the three villages (together with Dienten and Maria Alm) situated at the foot of the majestic Hochkönig mountain, which reaches a height of 2941 meters. The village offers a variety of shops and restaurants. The Hochkönig ski area boasts modern lifts and is a fantastic destination for both beginners and advanced skiers. With the Königstour, you can even ski all the way to the village of Maria Alm. Cross-country skiing is also popular here, thanks to the well-maintained high-altitude trails.
