Welcome to this cozy double studio located on the Rustenpolder arable farm in Vrouwenpolder. As the name suggests, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The outdoor life is never far away, with activities on the farm, the mini campsite, the goats, wallabies, and sheep, the beach, and the Oranjezon nature reserve all within walking distance and ready to be explored!

Accommodation

The studio is located on the ground floor and measures 6.5 x 3.6 meters. Enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV from the comfortable armchair in the seating area, or stream the latest music on your phone with the free Wi-Fi. If you prefer, you can also watch TV from the Auping double bed (180x200 cm).

The open kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker (filter and Nespresso), toaster, kettle, and oven. A freezer and washing machine are available for use (for a fee) at the washing-up area of the mini campsite. The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet.

The shared garden and west-facing terrace offer the opportunity to find a spot in the sun or shade at any time of the day. It is also recommended to take a look on the premises or visit the animal enclosure. Barbecuing in the garden is allowed.

In the shed opposite the studio, you can store your bicycle, but please note that it does not lock. There is also ample parking space on the premises.

Surroundings

From your vacation home, you can cycle to the North Sea beach in just 5 minutes. It's a great place to enjoy the fresh air in autumn or soak up the sun in summer. The green surroundings make this studio a delightful destination for nature lovers. The Oranjezon nature reserve is practically in your backyard and is home to many fallow deer. Especially in spring and autumn, you will often encounter these animals on the premises. Vibrant towns, rich in history and culture, are also within reach, with the characteristic city of Middelburg just 13 kilometers away from this property.
